Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to the European Union countries available at checkout. We currently do not ship to Cyprus, Malta, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira or to countries outside the EU.

2. Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Mataró (Barcelona, Spain) within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Mainland Spain: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control. If delivery has not taken place within 30 days of your order, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Shipping costs

  • Free: mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
  • €9.90: all other EU countries we ship to (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden).

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Carriers and tracking

We use trusted carriers selected according to your destination. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

6. Delivery address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered. If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no progress for several days, contact us at hello@iknacios.com and we will resolve it. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
