Legal guarantee at iknacios: 3 years
We sell from Spain, where the legal guarantee for new goods lasts three years from delivery, longer than the EU minimum shown above.
If your KIMU does not match its description or does not work as it should, write to us at hello@iknacios.com with your order number. If you like, attach a photo: it helps us solve it faster (it is not required). We will offer free repair or replacement or, where applicable, a price reduction or a full refund.
