Return & Refund Policy

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive the product, without giving any reason.

2. How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision before the 14-day period ends with a clear statement, for example an email to hello@iknacios.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

We will reply with the return instructions and the address where the product should be sent.

3. Sending the product back

Please send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal.

You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been used or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. Returning it in its original packaging helps protect it in transit.

The direct cost of returning the product is paid by you, unless the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

4. Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if any), within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of having sent it, whichever happens first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the payment.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@iknacios.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery. See our Terms of Service for details.
